When you mention the word Smithsburg many things come to mind: purple and gold, Steam and Craft, football, success, and traditions. It is our goal as Smithsburg Junior Leopards to continue the traditions of teams gone before us: working hard, running the hill, having fun, making friends, impeccable coaching, and of course WINNING!
The Smithsburg Junior Leopards were unanimously accepted into the Mountain Valley Youth Football League (MVYFL) on Sunday, January 27, 2013. The MVYFL is 16 teams strong including three Washington County teams: Boonsboro, Smithsburg and South Hagerstown. We are honored to be part of the MVYFL where football and cheer compete at the highest level of athletic skill and character.
